On Ramp – This program is designed to introduce new members to regular CrossFit movements in a safe and detailed manner. The small group setting provides an optimal learning environment where clients will be taught proper form and technique of body weight movements, skill development, and the utilization of equipment such as kettlebells and barbells. Conditioning will also be included in these sessions to ensure the progression of each clients’ fitness level through safe and effective instruction.
